Internationalization / localization is only partially done on this reader right now.
Several more small strings have to be isolated.  At the moment everything is in U.S.
English.

The biggest task in translating this reader to another language is making a Newton
book version of the introduction and help text in the target language.  Unicode can
be used though so it's actually pretty well isolated and easier than it otherwise
could have been.
