The svg2gfx XSLT script will convert an SVG file to GFX format suitable
for use with Dojo GFX.  It does not handle all of SVG, but it does handle
a useful subset, enough for basic logos and the typical sorts of things
one will need to convert.  It also works properly with modern SVG files.

Starting with the 1.4 release, svg2gfx.xslt is now provided as part of
the standard Dojo distribution.
